I came in for an oil and filter changes and tire rotation. After a diagnostic, technicians found I needed more work done, which I decided to complete, since some were critical. It did take a bit longer than the estimate, but my car was washed (a nice perk) and it cost less than the estimate. I am grateful that the items needing repair were reported before the car broke down, saving me from trying to get help while on the road.
