I had an issue with my AC not cooling (due to a leak in the system and low freon) and needed quick service on short notice due to an upcoming trip. I dropped off my truck on Wednesday morning and by mid-day on Thursday the work was complete. They also took care of a pending recall and handled it under warranty without me asking. Great service.

Thanks for the repair: I brought it in because I have a creaking noise when trying to make it up hills at 40 miles an hour or so: to be fair, the noise is STILL there post repair (which cost over $5,000).

I brought my car in for an oil change & free routine maintenance check. Checking out I felt rushed & not given the opportunity to review the breakdown of charges. When I reviewed my receipt at home, I found a miscellaneous fee for $17.87. I don't know what this was for. I was charged $31.95 for tire rotation that I didn't approve. Does a free inspection mean that when you find a problem,you automatically do for a tire rotation? In the past, if the inspection revealed any problems, I was advised of same & given the opportunity approve or decline the decline to have the issue resolved at that time or on a later appointment time. If I had been advised, I would have approved. Instead, I was surprised to see charges for services I was not asked about before or after they were performed. Finally, I had an Add-on - Motor Oil Treatment Engine Assurance Plan Coverage for $15 & an ADD-ON - Motor Oil Treatment for $23.99 that was done for which I was not advised of nor did I approve. Again, I probably would have approved, but wasn't given that opportunity. Please review the additional services & charges & explain to me if I am incorrect in believing I should have been advised of the issues for which the free routine inspection revealed & the repair of same with the unexpected additional charges. I have no issue regarding the basic charges for the oil change, filter, lube, & labor costs. This is a more detailed account of my previous response to the 1st request you sent me.

I own a 2023 corvette that I purchased for autonation about a year ago. The car failed to start three times and needed to be jumped. After the third jump I called service and they were available to see me same day. Awesome. It turns out that the battery needed to be replaced. The entire visit was probably two hours. Awesome. The only issue i have is with sales. While waiting for service i stepped into the sales side to see what was available. To my surprise a new Z06 with my identical color scheme was sitting up front. I took several pictures and even a short video of the car. I tried to FaceTime my brother for some guidance. The car was missing two options that my 2023 has. Not a deal breaker. I then made a circle around the entire showroom to see the other cars. I ended my tour back at the first Z06. I took a picture of every side and sent them to friends. At no point in time was I greeted or even talked to by sales. I even made eye contact with a sales representative and still no interaction. I honestly wanted to run the numbers to see if we could work something out. I'm big on customer service because it has died in so many areas. The service side couldn't have done anything my to improve my visit. I even made the joke of keeping my car and getting me into the Z06. It was pretty quiet so I know everyone heard my statement but still no interest. There was one other customer in sales that looked to be finishing up a deal. I've already made a deal for 100K and most of the cars in the showroom are more than that. If you're selling cars at this price point the customer service needs a huge upgrade.

I called for a Saturday appointment to fix the air conditioning in my 2023 CT5 V Blackwing and was told they don't have air conditioning tech's on Saturday. This is not the dealers fault! It is the fault of some one in another state making appointments without the knowledge.

Came in one Thurs. afternoon have experienced a problem with my 14-year-old car. Service Agent test drove it and had the Repair Manager test drive it. Both thought it could be one of three things. Suggested an appt. ASAP. Was given a service appt. the next Monday. Problem had disappeared. Service Agt. agreed to have my oil changed (it was at 37% life) which was done in less than 2 hrs. Very pleased with helpful cooperation!

First reaction I was dissappointed as I set an appointment for a recall then dropped my truck off and they said the wouldn’t have the part for up to two weeks. Two different people were communicating with me and I was not sure what was happening. Hannibal stepped in and got the parts and got everything done while my truck was there for a couple days. Super appreciative that I didn’t have to go back again. Appreciated the text communication was easy to get status and quick response. Very satisfied in the end!

You took a week to diagnose and fix my vehicle. Communication was poor and the service manager refused to return any of my calls as I requested. I think my service rep. did the best he could based on the fact the diagnostic process was flawed and he could not get me the answers I requested. I will not return to this dealership for any future service needs.

The service staff was great. Jody LoMedico was helpful explaining exactly what would be done and how long it would take. Technician, Dave sent me short videos so I could see tire damage and wear and need for replacement. Also video of cabin filter - need to replace.Check out gentleman was very nice. I had an appointment in the morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation, I didn't leave out until noon and I think I was the very last person left waiting for their car. While waiting, I received the usual text communication and video about what is being done. During that video, I was told that one of the sensors for the tire pressure monitoring system is in need of a replacing. So I said to myself ok, not a problem and decided to have it taken care of that day there instead of making a new appointment to come back. Like last time I was there for service when something else was discovered in addition to what the car was being serviced for, a service advisor came to the waiting area to discuss the cost and ask if I would like to have it done now or come back another day for it. That did not happen on 10/11/25. A service advisor never came to me in the waiting area to discuss the cost or even if I wanted it done. I personally feel the reason I wasn't asked to have the sensor replaced that day because since I was the last car of the day, they didn't feel like doing the work. Then when I finally get my car after waiting so long, I noticed on the last page of the final invoice that the sensor issue was noted but I declined the service. How could I have declined the service if I was never asked to have it done while my car was being worked on? Also, usually when your car is ready and you are there in the waiting area, the advisor will let you know. That didn't happen either. Since I was the only lone person in the waiting area, I had to go to the counter myself to ask if my car was ready. That really bugged me because I have been coming here for years for service and this is my first disappointing experience. The only good thing out of this was Tim the cashier is always pleasant and professional when I come here. At this point I'm weighing my options of going to another Chevy service center to have the sensor replaced and maybe routine services from here on.

I was having issues with my battery I was told by the service advise I needed a new battery and a positive battery cable and the cost for the cable would be 800.00 which I thought was a over inflated price. So I just had the battery replaced but still had the same problem, so I when some were else to see what the problem was and they told me all I needed was a new battery and I haven’t had a problem since. So I believe the battery i bought at dealership the wasn’t replaced at all but charge for a new battery totally ripped off

I dealt with Jody and asked about a few issues with warranty and things that were going on with the vehicle. He was very condescending and brushed off the other concerns I had about my vehicle. When asked how much longer it was going to take for my vehicle to be finished he stated. “ I know why you are here I didn’t call you yet you can have a seat, do you understand what I just said?” It was only asked because the time he initially quoted for an oil change and NOT washing the vehicle was greatly different from how long I waited. It was an innocent question that was met with unprofessional and rude behavior. Not what I expect from a service that I am paying for. well, my service advisor was great like always. But when I was told I needed all new wipers I ask why because I replace the front ones less than a month ago. But the back one was tearing I agree with that one, but not all like on paperwork stated. Not mad just wasn't happy hope this don't happen to anyone else. I usually never have a problem.
