I had an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30. They didn’t get to my vehicle until Friday morning. This was very inconvenient since they don’t offer a loaner vehicle. Everyone in the service department was nice . They explained the work that was done to the vehicle and so far everything has has been fine.
Tim was very pleasant. Car was left clean. Took a long time get the service done but luckily I was not in need of my car

I have been doing business with this dealership for over 10 years and have been very pleased with everyone there. Jodi has always been very helpful with making sure I received the best service. It's people like him that keep me coming back.
Staff was friendly however very disorganized and lacking structure. Car was misrepresented that we drove 3-1/2 hours to purchase but dealership came to an agreement to pay for the repairs. The car was exactly what I was looking for.
Transitioning from Frankel to AutoNation is an adjustment. I waited in a "car line" for the solitary service door to open which was a new experience for me. Eventually I exited the line, parked and entered the facility. The people were all friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming and the areas were well kept and clean. My car was serviced within a very good time frame. I had to request for my car to be washed afterwards but all was well.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a appointment for 7am on October 4th to get service done on my 2017 honda accord that I purchased with a extended warranty a year ago. At arrival I wasn't greeted at all. The service written james MacMillan begin to question why a honda was at a Chevy dealership. After dropping off my vehicle I called around 11 am to get a update, he says..... we didn't put it in the shop yet. I waited til 330pm and called back, he then says... oh well sir we can't look at it today, maybe tommorow. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Where is the communication?? I took off work to be treated like this! Don't ever come here.
