Confirmed Service Customer
I always have driven to this dealership and pass several others because of the professionalism and perfect customer service for the employees. I always work with Jody, however, he wasn't available the last 2 visits and the service was absolutely horrible and disheartening. Hannibal claimed to be a reputable employee with 29 years of service but that clearly wasn't what he displayed. Brought my car in for power steering service the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He called said the computer was restarted and everything was good. When I picked up my car the Friday after Thanksgiving it was hard to steer the car and I had to pull over so I wouldn't get in an accident with my daughter in the car. Hannibal was very nonchalant as if he didn't care and responded "that's on the tech not me". My fiancé decided to take over and told Hannibal to contact him directly going forward. Which he decided to text me instead of my fiancé’. Needless to say my car was at the dealership 2 more weeks without even knowing what was going on with it. Hannibal definitely isn't an GMC employee I want to deal with again. I'm quite surprised that Chevrolet Timonium would have an employee on site with such poor people skills, professionalism and customer service since anyone else I've encountered has been the complete opposite. Debating if I need to find another dealership to service my car until Jody returns.
